INGREDIENTS :
Basmati Rice, Pure Ghee, Clove, Black Pepper, Cumin, Bay leaf, Cinnamon, Salt.
Procedure :
1) Boil 4 bowls (400 ml) of water. Add the Pulav Mix to it.
2) For better taste add cut vegetables.
3) Cook for few minutes in a pressure cooker. Make 2 whistles. Extra water may be needed if not cooked in a pressure cooker.
4) May add pure ghee for better taste.
5) Garnish with coriander.
