INGREDIENTS :
Kasoori Methi, Kashev, Ginger, Salt, Sugar, Garlic, Milk Powder & Spices.
Procedure :
1) Fry the Methi Malai Mix in 1 tsp of ghee or butter.
2) Add 1 cup of milk and 1 cup of water & boil for 5 min.
3) Boiled green peas may also be added to it.
4) Serve hot.
